All of our guitars are fully customized and made to order based on each customer’s unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom guitars are generally non-refundable and cannot be resold once production has begun.
We understand that circumstances may change during the build process. If you request a cancellation prior to shipment, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund for labor costs. However, the cost of materials is non-refundable once procurement has begun. Any refund or adjustment will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once the guitar has shipped, all sales are final. Exceptions to this policy are limited to the following:
In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos). We will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
If repairs or adjustments are needed for reasons not covered above, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee free repairs, we will do our best to offer reasonable support and solutions.
